Mixing: You can use this natural medium exactly as-is, or blend it seamlessly with soil, compost, or other amendments depending on your specific crop requirements.
Planting: Directly fill your containers, plant pots, fabric grow bags, or greenhouse raised beds with the medium. Gently insert your seeds or transplants, ensuring the root zones are fully surrounded.
Maintenance: Water and apply liquid fertilizers as needed. Because of its high water retention, monitor moisture levels to keep it damp but not waterlogged.
